Join us for an evening of networking and information sharing with professionals from the cleaning industry during Hygieia’s New England Region Meet and Greet at Imperial Dade in Franklin, Massachusetts. A photographer will be onsite to provide each attendee with a complimentary professional headshot. You’ll then hear from two industry professionals who will provide strategies to grow your business and individual networks on LinkedIn.

Bio

Lauren Belskie is the Marketing Operations Manager at Imperial Dade. She joined the Imperial Dade organization in 2021 through the acquisition of EBP Supply Solutions, where she held her former role for 5 years. 

In her current role, Lauren is the primary contributor and editor for the EBP Learning Center as well as a major contributor to the Imperial Dade Learning Center, both platforms designed to answer common questions, provide insights on the latest trends and offer creative solutions to help businesses create safer, healthier, & cleaner facilities. 

She is responsible for helping drive the continued growth of Imperial Dade by developing compelling educational content of value to achieve optimal engagement with each of the company’s different audiences across all appropriate mediums. 

Prior to this, Lauren attended Quinnipiac University where she completed her Masters of Business in 2019.  Lauren received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Management in 2018.

Regional Business Development Manager (Eastern Region)

Bio

Lauren Kelley is a Regional Business Development Manager for the Eastern Region at Kimberly-Clark Professional. She is responsible for executing national business plans, delivering financial growth and collaborating with customer leadership to drive engagement and growth in the East Region for KCP’s most strategic distribution partners. Prior to 2022, she was a Senior Account Manager for KCP in the New England market for 11 years where she drove sales results and innovation for key existing and new end use customers. Throughout her time at KCP, she has won several sales achievement awards, volunteered as a mentor and worked on many special projects to maintain and improve both employee and customer experience. 

Lauren has been recognized by her peers and organization for embracing ‘Social Selling’ and utilizing tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator & Video Selling to build her digital brand. She has been selected by KCP to find and broadcast relevant and impactful content for the company’s LinkedIn profile so her peers can enhance their own digital network. Her efforts & contributions were recognized in 2021, as she was nominated and selected as a finalist for the WISA: Women in Sales Award – Best Woman in Field Sales; citing how social selling has influenced her sales strategy and built stronger business relationships in her professional network.
