This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all education granted under the ISSA Hygieia Network Educational Program Grants, which is administered by the ISSA Hygieia Network, a division of ISSA Charities. All awards will be referred to as “Grants” herein. By submitting an application, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety as a condition of applying for the Grants.
Correspondence between the applicant and the ISSA Hygieia Network will be done via email. All applicants must submit a valid email address to be eligible. Any changes to the applicant’s email address after submission of the application and without necessary cause, may result in cancelation of their application.
As of the date the Grant is awarded, any successful applicant may be required to show proof that they have been employed by a firm operating in the commercial or residential cleaning industry for a minimum of 12 months.
All professionals offered a Grant will receive an official email that outlines how they can access the ISSA Hygieia Network programs awarded via the Grant. Grant recipients must complete the DePaul University Career Edge Certificate Program within 90 days of receiving their award confirmation email. All remaining programs on the ISSA Hygieia Network Online Learning Portal must be completed by Friday, December 8, 2023. Registration and attendance to an in-person Hygieia Networking and Leadership conference must be completed in 2023.
The Grant may not be redeemed for cash, goods or services other than enrollment in the ISSA Hygieia Network programs outlined in this agreement.
Grants are awarded based on established eligibility criteria, which you must meet to receive your Grant. The eligibility requirements for the Grant are outlined on the Grant program webpage, and ISSA Hygieia Network reserves the right to award Grants to eligible industry professionals at its sole discretion.
No individual shall receive more than one Grant.
ISSA Hygieia Network (i) are not responsible for and cannot provide you with financial advice on taxation matters; and (ii) are not responsible for the payment of any tax obligations on your behalf resulting from the Grant.
If ISSA Hygieia Network knows or has reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information when applying for your Grant, ISSA Hygieia Network may reassess your entitlement to the Grant and deem you to be ineligible at its sole discretion.
ISSA Hygieia Network reserves the right to cancel the ISSA Hygieia Network Education Grant at any time. By applying for the Grant, you are consenting to the ISSA Global Privacy Policy, and agree to be contacted by ISSA Hygieia Network and ISSA. You may opt out of future communications at any time.
