Bio

Susan Gambardella joined Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) as President of North America in February 2020. In this role, Gambardella is accountable for KCP’s largest region, overseeing US$1.9B in annual revenue.

Prior to joining KCP, Gambardella most recently served as Executive Vice President of Growth Channels at Advantage Solutions, a global provider of technology-enabled sales and marketing business solutions for large consumer goods manufacturers and retailers. She spent 27 years with The Coca-Cola Co. in numerous leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, National Retail Sales and Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chairman.

While at Coca-Cola, Gambardella also served as Group Vice-President of the Wendy’s Global Account Team, Senior Vice President of Coca-Cola North America’s Integrated Marketing team, and Zone Vice President for Coca-Cola Foodservice and On-Premise. Before joining Coca-Cola, Gambardella was a Unit Manager with Procter and Gamble.

As a leader, Gambardella is known for being a catalyst for positive change and creating value for key stakeholders. She has a passion for developing leaders and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. She has held numerous board and council positions and currently serves on the board of directors for Girls Inc. She previously served as chair of Coca-Cola’s Global Women’s Leadership Council, Board of Directors for The Women’s Foodservice Forum, and Women’s Foodservice Forum’s (WFF) Leadership and Development Annual Conference. Additionally, she served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for The National Restaurant Association, the advisory board for The Center for Accountable Leaders at Kennesaw State University, and the board of Junior Achievement of Atlanta and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation.

Gambardella holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Connecticut and executive education certifications from Kellogg and Wharton. She and her husband have two children and reside in Atlanta.

Scott Salmirs

Bio

Scott Salmirs is the visionary leader guiding one of the largest facility services providers listed on the New York Stock Exchange. After more than 10 years with ABM, Scott was selected to become CEO, distinguishing him as only the 7th person to hold that position in the Company’s 110-year history. Before joining ABM, Scott held leadership positions managing building portfolios at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and CBRE.

Scott has an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business-Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He is on the board of the State University of New York College at Oneonta Business Advisory Council. He also is on the Board of the Outreach Project, an organization dedicated to rehabilitating high school age substance abuse, and is a founding Board Member of Donate Eight, a group focused on increasing the number of organ donors in New York State.

Heidi Solomon

Bio

Heidi Solomon is currently the Senior Director of Marketing and Sales Operations for Kimberly-Clark Professional in North America.  Her primary focus is to manage the commercial operations of the B2B sector. The role includes the management of customer care, pricing, contract compliance, sales enablement, CRM tools, market intelligence and a dynamic integrated marketing team.

Prior to this operator role, Heidi held the title of Director of Corporate Strategy where she led the development of long-term global growth strategies, which included exploring enterprise growth initiatives and supporting the office of the Chief Operating Officer.  Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 2015, Heidi also held responsibilities in Global Nonwovens as the Strategy Director that included strategy development, large initiative execution, footprint management and marketing communications for the manufacturing sector.

Heidi’s career spans over 25 years of marketing and business development across both corporate and small business environments.  A large portion of that experience included a decade long tenure at The Coca-Cola Company and encompassed strategy and commercial execution within the consumer and B2B businesses for North America.  She managed the development of new products, insights, sales tools and capabilities to deliver results in on-premise channels including foodservice, hospitals, universities and primary schools and business offices.

Heidi and her husband, Lloyd, reside in the Atlanta area and have two daughters in graduate school. Out of the office you can find Heidi and Lloyd at the small, local restaurant in Decatur, GA in which they co-own with neighborhood partners.
