Elizabeth A. Hawver
Elizabeth Hawver is Business Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Director at Essity, a global leader in health and hygiene. She is also a mother to Hudson, aged 4 and Wyatt, aged 2.
At Essity, Elizabeth leads the Global Category Strategy for the company’s $3 billion professional hygiene business, which makes and sells the global leading Tork® brand of away from home products and services. She’s been in the AfH industry for more than 10 years, creating consistent value in both strategic and operational roles.
Historically, her job has required in-office work and extensive global travel. Suddenly, like many of us, Elizabeth has found herself at home juggling work and family – both of which now require new approaches, skills, and disciplines. Something that was not addressed during her time at Princeton and Villanova, where she earned bachelors and M.B.A. degrees, respectively.
Amidst it all, Elizabeth continues in her role on the mentoring committee for the ISSA Hygieia Network and as a Princeton Alumni Interviewer while helping her boys learn to ride their bikes!
